Glen Studios Policies

We like to keep it informal, but there are simply some things that we must put in place… one of these is policies. They're simple and short:

  1. The Glen Studios is a non-smoking facility.
  2. Leave it clean (as clean as you get it).
  3. Furniture, equipment, and props can be moved to anywhere in the studio, garage, or outside shooting area, provided they remain in good condition (IE – Don't take them out in the rain). Please be sure to return everything back to the original location before leaving.
  4. All Glen props and equipment must remain at the Glen.
  5. One of our staff will hang around. They will remain out of sight or will be available to assist.
  6. Signature on necessary Waivers/Releases will be required by all parties entering the Glen for the shoot, including guests who may simply watch.
  7. All models for partial or full nude photography are required to be 18 years old. All models under 18 years old must have parental/guardian consent and the parent/guardian must be present during the shoot. A formal Minor Model Agreement must be signed before pictures can be taken.
  8. The studio is located in a residential area. Anyone entering and leaving must behave and dress in an appropriate manner.
  9. A deposit must be placed in order to hold a reservation. The deposit may be forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled start time. All or part of the deposit may be forfeited based on condition of the facility, equipment, and props. Such forfeiture is at the sole discretion of Glen Studios.
  10. The Glen reserves the right to refuse patronage based on misconduct, non-payment, or neighbor complaints.
  11. Payment is due in full upon arrival. Additional time may be available and if used, can be paid at the end of the session.
  12. It is your responsibility to arrange for your model(s). Models that "no show" will not be cause for cancellation or refund of deposits.
  13. Have fun – enjoy your shoot and let us know what else we can do to make the studio better!
