- Rates & Booking -

RATES:

  • $50/hour; Minimum 2 hours
  • $180 Half-day; 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
  • $350 Full-Day; 9am-5pm
  • Catering and overnight/party rental pricing available on request
  • Multiple day rental discounts are available

DEPOSITS:

All bookings require a deposit. Deposits can be made in person or by Paypal.

  • Hourly: 25% of rate expected (EX: 2 hour rental = $25 deposit)
  • Half-day, full-day or multiple days: $100

Depending on the condition of the studio at the end of the rental period, the deposit may or may not be refunded in part or in full. Non-refunded deposits are used to cover any necessary cleaning, repair, and/or replacement costs of the studio building, furniture and/or fixtures.

Rentals are by appointment only. All rentals include a basic equipment package and any props currently located at the studio. Rentals do not include cameras.
